I was very pleased to find The Complete Bridal Salon & Plaza in West Dundee, IL. I ended there by accident. I had left Shelly's Bridal with my Bridesmaids after the most rude experience I had ever had. I started to cry because I thought bridal experiences were to be a happy process. The owner Shelly told me a dress I was looking at wasn't in my price bracket. She never even new what price I had in mind. The girls and I were ignored 95% of the time we were in there. We left and as we walked out, we saw across the street was The Complete Bridal Salon & Plaza owned by The Complete Wedding Expo. The girls and I walked into the Salon to be greeted by the nicest most fashion foward gentleman I have yet to meet. The mans name was Matthew Albano who is actually the Owner of Albano Shoes & More which is located in The Complete Bridal Salon & Plaza 121 West Main Street in West Dundee, IL 60118. Matthew is also the Senior Bridal Consultant for the plaza. Matthew had a personality that worked wonders with a couple heavier bridesmaids I had in my party. They were very uncomfortable with the process as they were shy with there weight. Matthew convinced them of there beauty and helped us find a dress that all the girls agreed on and looked figure flattering. After choosing my Bridal Gown with this extremely fun guy, along with the Bridesmaid dresses, I decide to go along with him in getting shoes for my full bridal party. He worked with widths for my chubby feet and all our shoes fit us extremely to a T. I argued with him at first about the sizes he was ordering us. He convinced me of how well he works with having shoes made for ladies feet. All my girls never took there beautiful shoes off. They were comfortable for the night. Matthew with the permision of the owner even made price cuts on our dresses to make them more afordable for my girls. He claimed the economy is so bad, we understand. I am telling you ladies this is the place to go for bridal. Matthew Albano is a great consultant to work with and will make it a pleasant process for you. He is very foward but in a respectful manner. His beliefs are to keep you looking good at reasonable prices. Thank You So Much Matthew for your over commitment on making my Weddin Day Special.
