I am an employee of a non-profit organization and we have used them for a few years until now. When I called to order our port-potty for the summer he informed me that we had not paid our bill from the previous year, had been sending our bill over and over again, and that he preferred not to do business with us again. Having no idea what he was talking about I went to our bank and was issued a copy of the payment check that was endorsed and deposited by Moen six months agao (right after we got our bill from them). Randy, was extremely rude to me on the phone when clearly his issue is with the companies record keeping skills and not our ability to pay on time. I am happy to move onto another local company and leave this one behind. Look around and find someone else!!

I will begin with the fact that I have never hired Moen to perform any work at our farmstead. After what I witnessed today, I never will. This afternoon I noticed them leave my neighbor's driveway and proceed to drive into the farm field across the road and empty their septic truck. I can not believe that they charge a customer to empty their septic tank only to dispose of it 100 feet away on someone else's property!
