We have recently purchased our first travel trailer that had issues immediately. Looking online, I became terrified of what we might run into in getting service. We were directed to Outlet Recreation as our service provider. Wow! Is all we can say. We could not have asked for a friendlier or more helpful service center. Tim and Sean answered questions and were confident that the work would be done well - which it was! And I just felt they went over and above to send us into this new adventure on a good road. Even sent me an extra key when I asked. I'm glad to know we have a terrific place we can count on for future needs or upgrades.

I am super happy with outlet recreation they set me up with a fish house, great guys and if your in the market for one go talk to joe Erickson he is the man, thank you joe and randy for getting me set up

Went to your open house & found one we loved. Came back to double check before we purchased and decided that was the one, 2015 Keystone 350qbq. When I called to inform them we wanted to buy, we were told it was sold (sad, but okay). We asked what else was similar because we wanted to purchase quickly.

After being told our model was now called a High Country and they would have one coming in that week, I asked for a call when it comes in because we wanted to buy it, as we ha me already been pre approved with our bank financially.

Never received a call back (we called 3 times) and ended up having to drive 4hours away to Minot to purchase our new camper. - They lost a guaranteed sale.

Just wanted to share with you how impressed we were with the friendly, knowledgeable and considerate service we received from Jeremy Redetzke and Hans.

Love the new camper we bought! Best buying experience ever! Kenny has to be the best salesperson, super friendly and knowlegeable. Trevor made the financing piece as simple and fast as possible!

A huge thank you to Matt and the service crew at your Fargo facility, although we only were able to camp twice in our 2015 Ameri-lite camper it was a blast, your service staff was so helpful when we were having a couple of glitches the first time out, you walked us through it, so glad that we took our time and found the right fit for our family, we had a couple of warranty issues and those were taken care of when they winterized it, trust me when we went into this investment after 14 years in a pop up we took our time and never felt pressured, thanks again.....
