I bought a TV stand and paid them $5 to assemble it. I got it home and unpacked it and it was scraped all along one side, and the drawer was very crooked. I took it back and had to deal with a very rude man in their sales department who kept trying to put the blame on me just because I'm young. He said it comes assembled from the factory, so it not their fault. So now I was wrongfully charged an assembly fee. Eventually I had to tell this man to be quiet and leave me alone. Now I must wait another 2 weeks to get a different one in. They also make you sign a sheet when you pick something up saying its not damaged, make sure you unwrap everything in the loading bay and examine closely. You'd be better off buying from walmart, and your get better sevice too.
