I just bought a new house & my air is not cooling like it should. Checked my inspection report & he had said I needed to have unit serviced & outside compressor needed cleaning, which it does. This guy came to my house wwent outside with his testers, for air flow, & 2 other things to check & said it was all good. I said what about servicing it & he said I did. I aked about it needing cleaned out, he said it was fine. I'm assuming this guy is very lazy & takes advantage of females, that may not know all there is to know about air conditioning units. He charged me $70.00 to come out & check the 3 little thing with his testers. I could not beleivehe would not clean out compressor & would not go up in atticto check out unit!!! I would do without air before I called this one again!
