These guys know their stuff and won't take you for a ride. I called the "geek squad" in Carbondale and had them travel to my home and look at my "sick" computer. The kid opened the computer and said that my motherboard was bad. Charged me $215.00 to drive here and tell me my motherboard was bad. I called Kenny at Byte Back and he came and got the computer going in less than 2 hours. My bill was less than a fourth of what the geeks charged. I will never go anywhere else!
