I love this little Boutique it has amazing products, customer service and a super friendly staff. It is a great place to find cloth diapers baby carriers and much more.

They have the best customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. Their rewards program is phenomenal. They ship super fast, and their staff feels like old friends instead of business owners. I try to only shop through then.

Buyer beware! I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. I ordered a Girasol wrap online from them on a Saturday, and a few hours later, realized that, due to unclear labels and pictures on their website, I had ordered a color I didn't want. So I emailed them back, on the same day, saying I wanted to cancel the order. On Monday, I get an email at 7AM saying my item is processing, so I email back saying no, i want to cancel my order. I also try to call, but they are closed for business on Mondays and no one answers! Then Bonnie, the VP of operations, emails me and says there is a 5% restocking fee and we will put your order on hold until you confirm. Two hours later, Allison from shipping emails me and says, if they don't hear from me by 1 PM, they will ship my order anyway. Of course I am busy all day, and don't get her email until 2 PM, and after confirming again that I want to cancel, I get an email saying "too bad" they have already sent the package. Unbelievable! Why didn't they call my on my phone to confirm, and why was it even sent to processing when I canceled the order after only a few hours on the same day of ordering. Now I will be responsible for shipping the item back and a 10% restocking fee. I will never do business with this company again.
