We are very lucky that we loved the first counselor that we went to. We`ve been going since March 2011 and will continue probably for many years. We are also doing individual sessions to help confront and deal with our own issues. I think a good counselor can be amazing and help you see things from an outside perspective.

It's interactive and participatory. You don't lay there and talk to the ceiling. It's interactive and they help you understand why you feel the way you do and give you real tools and solution to change how you feel and your behavior. I would recommend these amazing people to anyone who want to see and end to therapy. Yes, in the first session my therapist aid there would be an end...how many therapist ever aid that to you? They are great!
