Service was terrible. I brought my shoe to be repaired for 3 weeks and the guy kept telling me it wasn't ready until finally he said he wasn't able to do it. Initially, when I first called, he told me he lost it and I had to call back several days later to check to see if he found it. Now he tells me he doesn't know how to fix a simple part of the shoe that even I could fix with a few stitches!



What a waste of time driving back and forth, calling, and being aggravated!
