This location absolutely ruined my friends wedding I’m in, gave me the wrong suit, a whole different person’s name, overcharged me 200$ and fought with me when I told them it was not my order. Customer service on phone had to refund me b:c the two nasty ladies in there sure were no help. NIGHTMARE NEVER GO HERE

Earlier today, I went into this particular store in search of several waistcoats and dress shirts necessary for work. After perusing the store for several minutes (without a greeting or assistance), I went towards the back to ask two female employees for guidance. To my shock, I was met with the rudest, disinterested, most condescending, and overall worst retail service I have ever experienced in my life. Not only did these two not know what a waistcoat was, but one barked "What are you saying?!" at me in response. After being taken aback, I asked for "vests" just to clarify, was scoffed at, and then was escorted by one sour harpy over to several vests. I was loudly told to "Hurry up" as I tried one on. Needless to say, it was the ONLY article of clothing I tried before fleeing this hellish boutique. The level of ignorance, hostility, and unpleasantness I experienced here is simply unacceptable. I will never set foot in this store again and will make sure that everyone I know and meet stays far away from this awful store and its hideous staff.
