We recently moved all of our insurance needs over to Mario Russo's state

Farm Office in West Hartford CT. We switched from one of the so called

cheaper online companies. Mario and his wonderful, qualified team were able

to save us money but more importantly the level of service has increased

exponentially. Money is important yes but service is everything. We have

received the highest level of service and attention and we are thrilled that

we made the changes.



Mario and his staff gave of a complete rundown of our coverage options

allowing us to make the choices. For the first time we feel well informed

regarding coverage. We have wanted an umbrella policy for a long time, Mario

explained in detail how an umbrella policy works and we were able to gain

that coverage and still be under budget. We rest more comfortably knowing we

are not under insured or over insured.



Mario and his team have the utmost integrity, they are honest and reliable

in every way. I can count on them all to answer questions and service our

account in a timely professional manner.



Recently we placed a claim. Mario's staff helped us immediately and Mario

himself followed up to make sure we were taken care of. I have never had

this level of service with other large companies or agents. We wanted to go

back to having a local agent service our account and we are grateful that we

chose Mario at State Farm!!
