I ordered tile, which I had to pay for in advance. I was told it would be ready for pick-up in 1 week. I went back 1 and a half weeks later to pick it up, the day before my installer was scheduled to come and put it up. When I arrived I discovered that part of the order was never put through correctly and therefore never sent. There was apology, no offer to give me back some of the money that I had already paid, not even an offer to come and bring me the rest of the tile when it arrived. They simply stated that I would have to come back the following week and it should be there. This is the worst costumer severice I have ever expereinced. If I had not been made to pre-pay for the tile, I would not bother picking it up and would instead order tile from another vendor.
