Provided by YP.comHad a problem with my RV awning: it blew its fuse whenever awning switch was used. We are traveling, so I called several dealers in Colorado and Utah that were near our route. All but one either couldn't book an appointment for weeks. One took it in but couldn'y get to it before I needed the RV back.
Roger at Darren Bideaux RV service department made an appointment for me for one week later when I would be in the Ogden area for a few days.
Come appoint time, I was there, backed into a spot in front of a service bay, the mechanic was immediately avaiable to listen as I explained the problem. One multimeter and 20 minutes later the problem was diagnosed and resolved. And I learned somethin about my RV that the selling dealer didn't know or tell me about that will preevent this problem in the future.
While there, the mechanic secured a loos, drooping LP hose under the RV, and Roger repaired a poorly-assembled cabinet whose drawers were not working properly. 1-1/2 hours later with a small bill of $62 (for non-warrantable work) and a warranty claim to the manufacturer, I was out of there, very pleased. Oh, and I purchased several accessories that will improve my traveling experience by saving weight.
Thank you Roger, Ryan and Darren and others in the sevice department for your attention to my problems and you good work. I highly recommend this dealer's service department.

Service department is horrible. I even tried to fix the issue with Rodger the manager but, he was even worse. Just stay away from these jokers.

Provided by YP.comIn one word -- OhHaleNo!!! They used to have a few good mechanics, but they're gone and now it's one rude, ignorant and talentless moron with a few high school kids. They had my motorhome for 2.5 weeks and got nothing fixed, it was actually worse when I got it back. It had 6 dead batteries (4x6-volt coach and 2x12-volt chassis) because they left it out in their dirt/gravel/mud lot with stuff on for those 2.5 weeks so the fridge quit, the freezer warmed up and frozen hamburger rotted and stunk up the motorhome. They left it unlocked for God knows how long till my wife found it unlocked. The service department never knew what was going on with the motorhome until they asked their one rude mechanic. This service department will not even honor the warranty they sold me when I bought this motorhome there last year. They wanted to charge me a $115 "Administrative Fee" for processing my warranty work. And the service writer kept calling my 40' Diesel Pusher a "trailer". Does it LOOK like a trailer??
Don't look here ‘cause you don't want to buy here. You need to buy from someone who will honor their warranty as tho' it was the word of God. These clowns?? OhHaleNo!!!
