Tractor Supply in West Haven just got my business for life.
Neisha in Farr West saved my day!! In my 55 years, she gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced.
I had ordered boots online for my granddaughter, who is moving to Minnesota, and they didn't fit her. With only two days left before their move, I was really in a bad spot. I had no money left after Christmas and didn't have time to return them online. She called several stores, not only all the Tractor Supply stores in the area, but also competitors, trying to find the same or comparable boot in stock, so I could exchange them. Your store had one pair of Itasca boots left, and they were the wrong size. Neisha helped me find a way to get boots for my granddaughter in time for the move. There was pair in Woods Cross, and she was even going to see if another employee could bring them down, since he lives nearby.
I ended up buying another brand at a competitor's store, but that won't prevent me from returning to Tractor Supply for any of my needs in the future. Even online purchases (although I am now leery of doing that.) Neisha deserves all the credit for my future loyalty. Every. Single. Bit.
