the service is incredibly slow and forgetful. i waited 1.5 hours for food. They don't know the menu and make-up their own when you order. They are non- accomadating when they get your order wrong. La Bottega in Garden city is much better and worth every penny. It is a shame this place is also called La bottega,It is a poor representation of the original restaurant. Oh by the way their food is poor quality, wilted vegetables, overcooked, and a mess when you get it. you can tell that they really don not care about their customers or their restaurant.
