terrible experience

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and I thought they would put me to sleep but they didn't. I didn't find that as a big deal. they have me a "happy pill" and had me on laughing gas the whole time. however the mask kept suffocating me and they would take forever to move it back down. also the novacain kept wearing off and I could feel the pain of them stabbing me. when I made it clear I was in pain my mother let them know and when she did the dentist proceeded to argue that I couldn't tell the difference between pressure and pain. whilst saying so I was shaking on the table, crying, and my mother was holding my legs down. I was also choking on blood most of the time because the nurses would not listen to him. they also stretched my lips way too far and now the sides of my lips are split. I ended up going to the hospital a few days after because I was throwing up and dizzy. I was completely out of it. it's day 5 of being in excruciating pain and I can barely open my mouth to eat and the left side of my face is infected. maybe that's my fault but that's also the side that the top left wisdom tooth was left. this was the absolute worst experience of my life and I'm still traumatized. I had no problem with the dentist before hand but now just the thought of going back to a dentist sends me into an extreme anxiety attack. the only reason I'm giving a star is because the nurse came back after the surgery and took her time to gently wipe off the makeup and blood that had smeared across my face.

This is the place to go if you are afraid of dentists. Everyone here is so kind that it is easy to relax and get good dental treatment.
