My doctor faxed the request the day before, but they could not find the fax. There was no way for me to determine that before I went - they do not accept phone calls at the location that has the information - there is no way to know if the fax arrived except to go there. I wasted an hour and had to get my doctor to fax another order. Either my doctor failed to fax it yesterday, or they lost the order, but this lab has no way for you to check before you go. And their appointment system did not hear my voice, so I couldn't make an appointment either.
