They have been posting rentals around LA, on West Side Rentals. Be cautious as what they post and say, does NOT match.

Please be aware of "Bobby", whom is unwilling to explain over the phone the short details of a rental, will force you to come out the same day to visit the apartment for tour, and when you DO, he will tell you to call him an hour before arriving, to THEN say....Oh, this apartment has ALREADY been rented, "sorry".



Unprofessional, unrealble. This company wants your money, period. Please advise to the other comments and reviews below. As they may give you a clearer picture. Just because you pay a $60.00 membership on a rental site, does not mean ALL the listings are "safe". Be mindful. Better off trying craigslists...hey...it's free atleast.

This property management is located in West Hollywood. The owner as listed is "Arik Chaim".
