Beautiful apartment complex populated with wonderful people. But the management is a disaster.



The owner never returns calls. There is trash everywhere. The pool area is gorgeous because one of the tenants took it upon herself to buy furniture for it and paint the adjacent wall and trim the shrubs. The front steps are clean because tenants wash them. We haul the broken furniture left by movers to the curb.



This is a place where management decides to change the lock on the front gate and doesn't alert the tenants, leaving me standing outside my own building unable to get in one night. A place where management changes the price on the washing machines with no alert or explanatory sign, leaving tenants wondering why the machines won't work.



In sum, while the space is beautiful, the customer service is non-existent. Move here if you want to provide basic yardwork and labor in addition to your (expensive) rent.
