My family and I had a great experience with Bikes and Hikes! My family was in town for the weekend and I needed to plan out a fun event. I found their website online and automatically booked a tour. We took the LA tour and went through what seemed like all of Los Angeles, it was so much fun! I was worried that we were going to be too tired to complete the tour, but we all took breaks and even a lunch. I highly recommend them to everyone, it was a great and fun experience that I will never forget!

Wonderful Tour!!!! has been a really great experience. It is the best way to see the city with no doubt.

The clerks were friendly but the condition of the bikes was lousy.



Both road bike rentals seemed to have not been serviced since the last customer returned them. All tires felt low but the front tire of one of the bikes felt especially low. When my friend brought the wheel back to the clerk and told him it was low, the clerk replied, "The pump is over there".



The break on one of the bikes was rubbing against the wheel frame. We lost an hour of riding time because my friend had to fix it.
