Very professional. He fixes my car straight to the point and gave me a few tips on how to took care of my car.

I went to Harry's because of the good reviews on Citysearch. I felt taken care of, not cheated, and told honestly what was going on with my car. Harry fixed my car as needed, and no more. He told me there was more that could and should be done, but that it wasn't necessary which allowed me to make a decision based on my budget, yet feel that I was safe. He's a great guy, and not out to take advantage of people. He'll fix your car correctly and not do more than needs to be done. I highly recommend Harry's.

I have a Lexus SC 430 convertible that was involved in a car crash which was almost beyond repair. I was referred to Harry's Auto by friends, and it was approved by Lexus dealership and my insurance. 4 Weeks Later I could not believe what is Splendid magnificent job they did it's like a brand new car looks exactly the way I bought it brand new I don't know how they repaired it but suffice to say it impressed the hell out of everybody who saw the car. I would really appreciate what they did and I personally recommend them to anyone who's looking for the truly one of the best body shop in town, not to mention Harry himself who supervise closely and Daniel who was in charge of repair and they're both very responsive and and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I was using Harry's for a year but i think they changed their price policy. Today i was there because of some minor problems, i wanted to get them fixed before i sell my car. They charged me $100 for putting a screw on bumper, $75 for putting another screw on muffler pipe and $25 fixing gas handler. Last time i went there, they told me that they wouldnt charge me anything for the bumper, so today i just left my car without asking how much it would cost because i thought it wouldnt cost more than 50-60 bucks, yet instead of screwing the bumper, they screwed me. Thanks Harry, good job!

I brought my 2009 Lexus in to get a crushed bumper repaired. My dealer had recommended the other Harry's down on south La Brea near Olympic (please take note that this Harry's is on La Brea between Fountain and Santa Monica). The other Harry's can boast a high-end waiting room but this Harry provides exceptional service. I needed the cost of the repair to be slightly reduced so that my insurance would cover it and they adjusted the price without hesitation. I took the car in on Monday and they had it repaired and ready for me on Thursday -- a full day ahead of schedule. The work was beautiful. Chris took care of me. I met Harry as well. They're both really good guys. And incredibly honest -- a rarity in the world of auto repair. if you need a rental while your car is being repaired, they have a good deal with Enterprise Rental Cars who will come over and pick you up. Some fancy types might think that the waiting area is a bit funky but who cares -- it's a body shop! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

HARRY'S AUTOMOTIVE IS THE BEST SHOP IN LA. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM AND THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM THAT YOUR CAR HAS. BEFORE MAKING ANY REPAIR ON YOUR VEHICLE THEY WILL CALL YOU FIRST AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND WHAT IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THEIR WORK IS FAST AND HONEST. I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO HARRY'S AUTOMOTIVE AND REFER THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

When I went to Harry's Automotive they were very fast, it was a pleasant experience. My 2004 VW had a check engine light on. When I went in they diagnosed the problem and the light did not come back on. When I got my car back it was washed. I was very happy about Harry and Chris. I would only recommend Harry's Automotive and Collision Repair.

I had a 2002 Mercedes Benz CL500 with a check engine light....Harry setup his computer device, scaned my car figured out the problem and fixed my car within 2 days, The price I was quoted was alot less then I expected. Genuine people A++

They took me in with no time and take care of me right away. Very friendly stuff and very clean shop. I recommend them always. I was so surprised to see such a honest shop.
