Someone recommended their grooming. I went. The grooming manager did my dog. I mentioned that I like her short and shaved in certain areas. Well, when I came to pick her up, I gave her back to him, and he still did not do what I had requested. I still tipped him. The total with the tip was $65.00. I e-mailed Petco Corporate. They e-mailed me back and forwarded it to their store re: a refund. I called a day ago, and still nothing has been done. I was so disgusted and disappointed with the job they did, that I asked for a refund. I have never done this re: a bad grooming job, but I felt my preferences were totally ignored and not honored. This is my first review. I have never written one, but in this case, I deem it necessary. Even the the groomer who I had booked the appointment with was looking at him like he did not know what he was doing. I am still waiting for someone to contact me...but I will have to keep on them until this is resolved, or more bad reviews.
