I had the best experience I think most people are careless about their own action and a remorse feeling after buying something especially if it something that you cant compare visually and so the objectivity looses its power . my suggestion is to read your contract before your sign it or don't complain about anything .

THAT MEANS YOU PAY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR INSURANCE PREMIUM TO COMPENSATE YOUR SALES PERSON!!!!

I spoke to a charismatic upbeat sales person named John, he sold me on a motorcycle policy that apparently included a BROKER FEE equal to the annually policy amount.

When my wife inquired about the additional cost, John’s charismatic upbeat tone changed to defensive with no empathy. John of course claims he made me aware of the 100% COMMISSION MARK-UP... who would agree to such terms. SUNSET PLAZA INSURANCE AGENCY INC. quickly processed their commission fee. Further John explained that the initial down payment and subsequent charge had only paid his commission and nothing towards the Insurance premium. He added you can canceled the policy, but his commission has been paid in full and non-refundable.

Don’t be fooled by their Google AdWords ranking, as it has nothing to do with service, price, reputation or customer reviews, simply put they pay for the marketing.

They got me! All I can do now is post reviews in hopes that I prevent others from finding out the hard way.
