WORST SERVICE EVER! Lines are awful, probably because employees don't know how to do their jobs. And when you do get to the window (appropriately behind bullet-proof glass), the employees are rude and give conflicting information. They just locked out all the PO Boxes because they don't know how to generate a bill, so instead of fixing the problem, they just started denying service to all their box holders!!!!! ZERO parking! Something the City of West Hollywood and USPS has not fixed.....EVER. The City prefers to write parking tickets while you wait in endless lines getting crappy service and insulted.



This location is every cliché for what's wrong with the USPS. Needs to be bulldozed. DO NOT GO THERE!



Be warned, they switched the phone and fax lines at this location to avoid incoming calls & complaints. The ACTUAL phone lines are: (Office) 323-654-2748; (Private line to Postmaster) 323-933-1864. Of course, this still will do you no good, because they don't answer either.

DON'T GO HERE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY HARASSED ME AND CHASED ME OUT OF THE STORE!!! GWEN AND YVETTE- DON'T EVER GO TO THEM!
