Dishonest, assumes no accountability for wrongly diagnoses refuses to refund fees they charged.
Our vehicle overheated and we noticed the overflow reservoir was empty.
We purchased the truck from another dealership along with a Chrysler extended warranty with $100 deductible. When this happened, we were almost 90 miles away from the dealership we purchased it and Chrysler roadside assistance choose this dealership to tow it too. I called them a few times to get an update, but the service manager was always busy, I got a text a week later from Tom the service mgr. apologizing for the delay and said he would get it in, a few days later I got a call stating nothing was wrong? and we owed them a diagnosis fee. I questioned the fee and was told he told me about it, yet I never spoke to the man prior to that day?
I said to Tom cars don’t just loose water and overheat for no reason and if the overflow is empty there’s is a problem, Tom the service manager said he tested and drove it no problem, I again asked Why did it overheat and loose water? No answer.
I said we would come down a few days late and I called the dealership who we purchased the truck from about this diagnosis fee, I was told they never heard of such a thing. So when we showed up to pick up the truck I told Tom what the other dealer stated, he said We had to pay the fee basically to bad, plus he lost our key and tried to blame us, After about 20 minutes he agreed to order a replacement key,
Thank God I had the spare on me and was able to take the truck home. Today 11/1/21 about 2 weeks after the wrong diagnosis the truck overheated again, “See attached photo of the empty reservoir”
I called Atlantic and ask for a refund of the fee I paid since they obviously misdiagnosed it but I was told no. So, I must get it towed again, this time to the dealership who I brought it from.
Stay far away from this dealership "

Provided by YPmobileWhen I call, everyone is very friendly and always points me in the right direction. If a part isn't in stock I'm happy to find advice on how to find it like from a junkyard. I talked to pre owned sales as well one day but I was as excited as I hoped. The salesman was a tad pushy and when I asked him for a written quote he refused to give it to me. If your looking for parts or new cars you'll be happy to find great people. Pre owned ehh not as much.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a certified 08 Dodge Avenger from Herbee Dodge in West Islip in April of 2011. Four months later, On the way home frm work, the car burst into flames. i put the fire out myself rather than waiting for the fire dept. Had I waited, massive property damage would have been done, not to mention the risk to people's lives. I returned to Herbee and spoke to the used car dealer to try to make things right. He told me " I don't build the cars, I only sell them". After 2 days of runarounds I was offered $1000 off of his selection of already overpriced used cars. I did no better with Dodge corporate. They initially assigned me a case number, but then called the next day to tell me I was insured so they "where done with me". This is unacceptable behavior from a national car company and local dealer. I figured I would give American car companies another chance after buying Japanese cars for the last 9 years. Lesson learned. Never buying an American car again, especially a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep. Buyer beware
