The owner of the brokerage, Spencer Fuchs in his 80's was not only rude but very demanding. Demanded payment in full on the boat and demanded me to pay him the NY State Sales Tax. Now here in NYS only 3 people are allowed to collect sales tax on a vehicle or boat transaction. Boat Dealers, DMV and the NYS Dept of Taxation & Finance.

The owner of the brokerage Spencer Fuchs was trying to scam the sales tax from me and pocket extra money. He lied about the seller not being available multiple times. He also tried to steal an extra $3,000 in cash from me and finally DID ABSOLUTELY nothing to facilitate this sale.

I protected myself because I am a savvy business man when it comes to purchasing boats and vehicles, don't fall prey to his deceptive business practices. I will be following up with Dept of Consumer affairs and the BBB
