Just picked up my 2 maltese from their first visit with Jeff. They looked fantastic, and I was so impressed with the setup of the shop and how clean everything was. Best grooming visit ever!

We have taken our Maltese to Jeff twice. Both times Jeff did a great job; grooming our dog just the way we requested. We especially like that he only grooms one dog at a time allowing for our dog to be in and out in less than 2 hours. Jeff has definitely earned our trust and satisfaction!

Great service and a great haircut!

Our first visit today with Jeff, but surely not our last.. Our fur baby loved the facial, massage, bath and grooming. He did an excellent job and our four legged friend was in and out within a couple of hours. So glad he is located in downtown West Jefferson. Great guy and so kind to fur babies !!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a groomer in W. Jeff and she decided to move back to ??? Wherever...



I tried a few other groomers having been sent from pillar to post, going to Boone, NC and found on every turn, I was disappointed.



I found Jeff when he first came to our lovely small town with a small town feel and quite the progressive groomer and fell in like with HIM, his manner, his honor-ability and, the small clientele looking for what Jeff had to offer.



Jeff is compassionate, honest, deeply ingrained into being the best for all, as a groomer... and, I might add... He is also a Reiki Healer (predominately 4-legged)



I, too, do healing on pets and as such I got the greatest & truly loving vibe from Jeff!



HE, Jeff, Is my permanent and 'forever' groomer to my little beauties.

I found myself in panic mode when we learned that our groomer of 7+years was moving away to the mountains. Then delighted to find out he was locating his new shop in downtown West Jefferson. We have a cabin in the area, so we are there as much as possible. Even so, Jeff is worth the 2 hour trip from Charlotte to get our babies groomed! He is very skilled at what he does but more importantly he treats the dogs with such love and care. One of my dogs (a Bichon Frise) has horrible skin allergies. Jeff worked diligently until we found the right soap that did not irritate her skin. Jeff is more than a groomer: he is a good person, someone you can trust and obvious that he loves the dogs!
