Called a week ago to make an appointment to have plugs and wires changed. They worked us in and asked that we give them a call the day before to confirm. I called to confirm, he said just bring it in after 8am. Husband brought it in between 8-9am and they told him to come back after lunch since they didn't get the confirmation call. (I did call!) After dropping it off and leaving the Jeep for over an hour, they called and said that there were no plugs or wires in the county. Wow, wish i had known that a week ago. Won't be attempting to make any more appointments here. Threw off my entire day killing time with kids so I could drive the husband around. Wish we could find a good mechanic in this town. Someone who communicates and takes notes.
