In a word: Excellent. If you are even considering getting your carpets cleaned - call these guys right now! Our carpets look brand new - something we didn't think was possible as they were really, really dingy and dirty.

We have had our carpets cleaned a few times by other companies with mixed results. I found these guys (A Fresh Look Carpet) on Google Reviews and decided they were worth a chance - and I am very VERY glad I did. Ross arrived early, well groomed in a very clean work uniform and acted incredibly professional, courteous and friendly. Also he was very careful and respectful with our furniture and personal property. He asked us several questions to ensure we were all on the same page (we had a few logistical requests and we have animals) and he promptly began working.

I really can not stress the attention to detail Ross paid to our carpets and how friendly and professional he acted. We have had other contractors in out house who need to take a class from him on how to act and dress.

Attached are some pictures from during and after the job - as I think show what an awesome job he did. Our carpet is 21 years old and it looks nearly brand new.

We will 100% be return customers and be recommending them to our friends and family.

We were visiting some family in the area and my son peed on my Father-in-law's couch on the Fourth of July. We didn't know if anyone would be working that day and we didn't want to let the pee soak in and stink up the place. We called Larry and he accepted the job. He gave us a quote over the phone and was true to it at the time of billing. He got rid of the pee, the smell and cleaned all of my Father-in-law's cushions that day and really helped us out of a jam.

A Fresh Look did our carpets today, 9-5-08. What a superb job. We would highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning you want done. We were referred by a friend and what a good referral it turned out to be.

I would definately recommend!!! They went WAY beyond the call of duty. I had some pet stains and they took them completely out and didn't even charge me extra. They also cleaned my area rug which was not in the quoted cost. I will certainly have them clean my carpets again and will recommend to my friends.

Larry has cleaned for me for over 25 years and has always done excellent work and gone beyond the call of duty. He has my business as long as I need any cleaning.
