Several days ago I was in their print shop and one of their customer service representatives, Porsha Downard made several mistakes on a poster of mine, after having her recut and reprint my poster six times, I had finally had enough. Something that should have taken only 10 minutes, took an hour. Her mistakes made me late for a business presentation, and Instead of apologizing for waisting my time she insisted that the reason she kept making the mistakes was my fault. I was completely shocked! What kind of customer service is that? An employee makes a mistake and blames it on the customer? I finally had enough and asked if I could speak to her manager. When Kim Wendelboth came to the front desk she was rude, she did not listen, she was argumentative, and she never apologized for their errors. When I told her I would take my business elsewhere in the future, she simply said "I do not care." Unbelievable! I will definitely not be doing business with the West Jordan Alphagraphics anymore!
