I set an appointment to diagnose/repair my gas range and agreed to pay a trip fee before they came, because their website said I could expect an experienced skilled repairman--which definitely was not the case. I also assumed that because they were Gephardt approved, they had to be a cut above.

I told the repairman what I assumed was wrong either the igniter or temperature sensor because I'd had the same problem before. The oven does not maintain a constant temperature so baking is not possible. The repairman was very young and inexperienced, and spent most of the time he was in my home on the phone to someone who I assume was trying to tell him what to do. The young man was very courteous, that's why you at least get a one-star rating. I paid $54 for nothing, and I will NEVER call this company again for service

Gary D. and Adam came out today and repaired my oven. It needed a new igniter. They had to go back to the store twice because they didn't have a part the first time and then the part was dead in the box. They were very courteous and nice, even though I was complaining about not being able to afford the cost of the unit. They seemed very young to me but they appeared to know what they were doing. Again they were very courteous and knew what they were doing. Thank you very much. I will recommend you in the future.
