While trying to find a transmission shop, I called around and visited quite a few mechanics. All of the mechanics beside Conrad suggested I replace my entire transmission, rather than trying to service it. When I spoke to Conrad, he suggested we try a full flush to see if that would lengthen my transmission's life. Months later, my tranny did die; before I replaced it, Conrad suggested I run a test for which he gave me a great discount. As I didn't have cash on me and he preffered I not use a credit card for the small charge, he asked that I be on my honour and return when possible with the money. Also, he is not ashamed of his faith and keeps Books of Mormon on the counter. Whether or not I were Mormon, I find it quite noble that he is willing to share what he believes. I would highly, highly recommend him!

We had a bad experience at another shop with replacing our transmission in our van. Conrad went above and beyond to help us get out of our bad situation. I will never go anywhere else again for transmission issues. I know these guys are fair and honest.

Took my car in to get diagnostics. The people here are very friendly, and very honest. My car ended up having some pretty big issues. Conrad, the tech that was helping, told me that he really didn't want to have me spend as much as I was quoted to repair the issue because the car wasn't even worth the repair price. I am for sure using these guys for any other issues I may have in the future. A+ experience even though there was not repairs made. Plus they have FREE diagnostics. Other places charge $60-$100.

Conrad walked us through what he could do to rebuild our transmission, the costs and the warranty. Work done was fantastic 'spot on' with what was said, done and bottom line. Nice to have this kind of integrity and honor these days. Vehicle runs fantastic, transmission feels so smooth - like new. Like the plan to keep it that way that he shared with us too, very knowledgeable and with ethics - awesome.
