Provided by YP.comHorrible place to live! I would not recommend it to anyone. Just a few complaints.... Parking space, I couldn't fit my truck in without blocking someone else in so I couldn't use my space and I paid $50 a month. MICE I have never lived somewhere there was so much mice in my upstairs bathroom. The maintenance guy had to hammer holes into my walls just to find them and then never fixed it. I told them several times It needs to be fixed.(never happened) I could see dead mice in my walls. MOLD yep mold the health inspector came over and confirmed it two weeks before I moved. ROBBED. I have never been robbed before. But here 3 times! I would lay awake at night worried someone was gonna come in I am already a paranoid freak about locking my stuff but trying to recover form it has been hard especially for my child. Not only that but they make you buy renters issuance which is fine but it doesn't cover any of your stuff so if your stuff gets stolen or your place catches on fire ( 3 fires in the year and a half I lived there in the complex not my building but in the complex) your stuff isn't covered just FYI. You feel like you can't open your windows because people are always looking it there are tons and TONS of people. COPS every weekend there are cops if not several times a week (sometimes they would tow the person who parked i n our spot which was nice they would but not the management) There are always people getting arrested which is SCARY. and then the COST. so it was $1133 a month for a 2 bed 1.5 bath (not the right price online) and then gas was $100 a month and electric $100 and the last 6 months we lived there the water was $60 a month. Think about it before you rent see now I pay $1300 a month and $100 for gas and electric combind and my water is included. for a 3 bed 3 bath HOUSE! That is the same price for a good neighborhood and a back yard. Think before you rent! now the DEPOSIT. they said it was $350 down and then they would split our deposit into our monthly rent which we thought that is awesome! So we did that now time to move out and because they gave us a "concession" Instead of calling it a deposit that means that if we don't renew our lease we don't get it back and if we do then it will be throughout our new lease agreement (which was $250 more a month to sign a new lease). They told us this after we got done cleaning the whole place. We were under the impression until then that we were gonna get it back. Then after we leave the place is great condition. We get a bill from them this is what it said Cleaning/parts/carpets $2500 with no explanation to what these costs are for. I called them asking for an itimized bill they explaining this. They said by law they don't have to give one and if we don't pay within 7 days they will take us to collections. I am now taking them to court. AVOID the drama AVOID this place please do yourself a favor and skip it.
