Great place for kids. Makes my son feel very comfortable and have fun. The staff is very friendly and upbeat and quick with treatment so kids don't get restless in the seats. Treatment Is expensive even with insurance. I have great insurance. Even with brushing and flossing, he still had "tiny cavities". My portion ended up being over $300! Will need to get a second opinion if treatment is even needed on baby teeth. They give parents incentives while they are still in the office to write reviews so it's super awkward if you write anything but 5 stars seeming your name is on top and you are a client in the office. No anonymous reviews. It makes it feel like they are just trying to grow their business and not actually trying to know how they are doing. They are a nice bunch of people but it felt like going to a tire dealer and asking if my tires were ok. Of course, they said I needed new tires. But this is my kid and that is just not cool no matter how nice you are. He's 5 years old... Heading to get a second opinion.

I have six children and am Active Duty Military. Our insurance is excellent, both Medical and Dental. We aren't fanatics about teeth but we are responsible. Our children brush 1-2 times a day and we live a mostly healthy-eating lifestyle. After a routine check-up, I was informed my children need $7000 worth of dentistry and this was after insurance.

The above was my first red flag. Below is the second and final red flag I had before pulling all of my children. My little boy developed a bad cavity and had pain. We called to make an appointment on April 16th. The earliest he could be seen was May 1st, two weeks later. I was bothered and didn't like to see my child in pain nightly. When we were seen the dentist stated that it would be too difficult to manage the tooth without sedation. He repaired an unrelated tooth to the tune of a $185. Our option was to come back a week later or two months later. I was informed the Anesthesiologist chooses not to bill insurance. Uuuuh, okay? So here is an extra $400 outta pocket because ya'll work with some guy interested in every dime desperate parents will pay to alleviate child pain. No, thank you.

I love burg pediatric dentistry. The staff is always great with kids. I recommend you to all of my friends with kids. I also love that every time we come in they have different things for the kids to wear during their appointment.
