Provided by YP.comI brought my BMW to Integrity First and was really impressed with their services. My check engine light had been on forever, it was making a weird rumbling sound and finally my back up camera stopped working. I had been putting it off because I can't afford to lose my car for multiple days. Well, I was pleased to find out that they had a complimentary loaner car for me while my car was in the shop! They stayed within their quote and finished my car early! This place is top notch. This is the only place I trust with my BMW. Thanks Integrity!

Provided by YP.comThe dealer said I needed a new engine. Damian proved them wrong and saved my rare M62B46 powered X5 from going to the junkyard.
After dealing with a crank no start scenario for months on my 2002 E53 X5 4.6is, I finally had the dealer take a look while they were dealing with a recall airbag replacement. The dealer wanted to do a compression test for 358.00 and then "go from there", I felt like that was high for a simple compression test and wanted to know why they did not want to do a leak down test as well. They did not find any faults stored and basically had no idea what to do.
I decided to call Damian and see what he had to say. He suggested to bring it by and he would do a wet and dry compression test as well as a leak down test. That sounded more thorough so he won me over right there. After confirming compression was low on all cylinders his conclusion was the valve timing was off. The dealer had rebuilt the head and timed the engine less that 1400 miles ago so I figured I had myself some free dealer warranty work. The only thing free the dealer offered was all the run around I could get. They insisted that since there were no fault codes the timing could not be off and since I had some metal in the oil filter then it must mean that my engine was toast. Notwithstanding the fact that it is normal to have some metal in the oil shortly after having engine work done.
After the dealer informed me that a replacement engine could not be sourced due to its rarity, I was basically told there is nothing they can do. Keep in mind they adamantly insisted that if a BMW engine had timing off in the slightest, a fault code would be triggered. Damina proved them wrong and proved Integrity First Automotive has a superior understanding of how engines function and a superior understanding of how to properly diagnose serious problems. He is an honest and competent owner and a safe bet for any kind of repair. My 4.6is is now driveable and spared from the salavage yard

Provided by YP.comI brought my car here to have the transmission fluid, filter, and pan changed. Integrity First Automotive filled my transmission with the wrong fluid, when I contacted them they said it was an invoice error and assured me the fluid was correct. The car started to shift very hard and was lurching from a stop. Integrity said it was normal.
I drove on the highway and immediately lost power and a transmission failure warning showed up on idrive. I was not able to shift could not go about 45 mph and was nearly rear ended several times until I was able to pull off the highway.
I contacted Integrity First and Damian didn't have the slightest concern about my safety for his shop's screw up. He said it was impossible, I showed him the dealer's invoice and said there was no way. The dealership checked my car for a couple of days and said they could not find any leaks anywhere and said it was Integrity First's error that cause the transmission failure.

Provided by YP.comOvercharged for diagnosing two problems (250.00) I asked them to look into. They did a visual inspection and of course everything looks fine. We asked them to actually drive the vehicle to hear the wheel noise, they couldnt hear because the road was "wet" A week later after asking again to drive it they did, and to their amazement they heard the wheel bearing howling.
Second charge was for the convertible top and all they did was guess what they problem could be. They "suspect" its the motor but didnt check because there is a module in the way. However this car is known for the switch going bad, pretty easy to check that first.
Finally I ended up getting a oil change, half a quart of antifereeze, and brake fluid changed for the low, low price of 644.35 and it took them a week.
