Neil is the BEST! He is everything you hope for when calling a professional to help you in any electrical situation! Our first service was easy, just needed a plug installed for our new Electric motorcycle. Neil picked up within 2 rings! He came out same day! Looked it over, gave us a run down of the project and was done installing within an hour.

Fast forward a few days, our AC unit starts acting up. Call HVAC, they say they can send their electrician in 3 days! I immediately text Neil photos and details. He responded quickly. He was out to our house that same day! Walked us through the project and wired our system properly and safely to not have any future issues with it!

I will never call another electrician! Neil has earned our trust!

Neil has completed many projects for our company and he has been very fair in price and has always been very professional and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I have also used him personally in my home and my parent’s home. I recommend using Neil for any electrical need commercial or residential.

I called Neil out to fix a few small problems in our house (dead outlets, light fixture, etc). He showed up at the time promised, which was the first positive mark in my book -- too many repair people waste my time by falling behind schedule after I've taken time off from work to meet them.He answers his own calls, so don't worry if you have to leave a message -- he's probably busy working on a job, but he'll call back promptly. He showed up and he's clean-cut.Neil gave me an estimate up front and then did the work quickly. There were no surprises when it came time to pay.I will definitely call Neil again when I need an electrician.

Neil came out on a Monday morning at 3:00 am in the middle of March. I couldn't get power to my house restored to 240 volts and the power company was not sending their crew back out when they didn't find anything the first time. He stayed with me and was able to temporary get my heater going during the middle of winter. He was thourough and did a great job for the emergency that I had. I would refer him to anyone that wants an honest and resonable electrician.

I called Neil about a strange electrical smell I smelled coming from some light switches in my new home. Neil came same-day (even after hours) to check it out for me and see if it was a problem. He was so patient with my million questions and concerns, and left me with a great peace of mind after checking everything out. I'll definitely use him exclusively for all my future electrical needs!

I was trying to fix the swith for my swamp cooler myself. I Wired it incorrectly and blew the switch. I called a couple of big electrician companies and the soonest they could get to me was 6 days. I called Neil and he said I'll be there in a couple of hours. He was right on time. He went though and examend the problem gave me a qoute. And he even went and got a new switch for me. Very polite and knowledgable and just plain friendly. Thank you again Neil.

Neil totally saved my remodel schedule, had short notice and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone and would only use him in the future.Had another electrician come over and do some work and that guy had left a mess. Things crooked, in the wrong place, the fixes were half a**ed, and nothing about him was professional.I called Neil in a panic because the cabinets were supposed to be done the next day!He made time, came over, checked everything the other guy had done, cleaned the whole thing up, fixed everything, installed a few things .. was done (including actually cleaning up) in less than half the time and cost me far less money than the other guy charged for crappy work.I would use him for any job!! Very professional, fast, nice and reasonably priced!

Prompt arrival, wore boot covers in the house which I really appreciate. He located the problem, fixed it, then tuned up the rest of the outlets in the problem room--all within an hour! Very professional, personable and someone I would certainly have in my home again for future work. A great value, especially in comparison with other quotes we received. Thank you!!!

It is nice to know that there is someone out there who is honest , knows the value of customer service, and who can be trusted. I had some concerns about my breaker box making loud sparking noises. It was a Friday night and I called Neil. He came out within an hour and checked out the breaker box and troubleshooted the problem. He ended up only replacing my doorbell transformer. He didn't try to tell me more work needed to be done than was actually needed. I was pleased with how reasonable his fee was especially for a weekend night. I really appreciated such prompt and courteous service. I put his phone number in my phone and will definitely call him for any future electrical needs.

I was very glad to have called Neil, he was VERY flexible with our schedule not only that he was so considerate of our time constraint he flew through the job. We weren't even done joking around about how the lights would probably turn back on as soon as he would get out of sight and *click* they did. Didn't even take him close to an hour. Three thumbs up!

As I was trying to install a in-wall Christmas light timer one evening, I ended up shorting a circuit. Long story short, I smelled burning and thought my house was going down in flames. I called Neil, and 30 minutes later he showed up. After a bit of investigation, we found the source of the problem and he fixed it for me, and showed me what I'd done wrong. What I thought would take at least a week and cost thousands of dollars was done in 2 hours and cost only $115!

We called Neil when we lost service to a circuit in our home. He responded the same day and was able to isolate the problem to a faulty junction box in our attic. He was able to rewire and relocate the junction to a safer location preventing possible future problems. Now we don't have to wash dishes by hand - yea!

I called Neil concerning some power outages in our house. It turned out to be a simple thing with a GFI being tripped. However, he went ahead and rewired the outlet with the GFI so only the outlet would go out if the GFI was tripped instead of a bunch of other switches in my house. He did the job quickly and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely call on Neil again if I need an electrician in the future.

We recently hired Neil when we had a breaker that kept tripping. It was a minor one, just hall lights but after turning it back on yesterday morning we could smell something burning. Neil was working in Tremonton that morning but was back in Draper earlier than expected and found the cause of the trouble. He checked everything and with the condo wired very oddly it was quite a job. We about dropped when he told us how much because it was about a quarter of what we expected. He also called early this morning to see if everything went well overnight. If we ever have need of an electrician again or someone ask us for a recommendation Neil will be the one!

My Husband & I recently hired Neil to come take care of some electrical issues in our basement that were holding us back from selling our home. He came out the same day, and worked quickly until all issues were resolved. We are so happy we made the right call and hired Neil...You will not be disappointed!!

We had a home electrical problem. Called Neil's @ 8:30 Am. He was currently in route to another outage but asked for my number to call when done. He called around 3:00 and told me he would be at my house btw 4:15 & 4:30....He arrived at 4:15....Diagnosed the problem and fixed it with in 45 min. Very clean cut and professional. Great customer service ...Will call for any future electrical issues
