A Pastry Lover's Dream!

We discovered this bakery right after opening a couple of years ago and feel lucky that it's just right down the street so we can visit frequently. For those who don't like ooey - gooey rich sweets, their "sweet breads" are perfectly satisfying. This baker is SO talented and has brought a huge variety of recipes from his father's decades-old bakery in Yucatan, Mexico. His pastries are very affordable - ranging from $.75 cents to a couple of dollars for beautifully artistic cakes - including the best dulce de leche I've ever had. He makes little cookies and buttery biscuits, as well as rice pudding and conchas. I have never had anything that I didn't love at this bakery! It's immaculately clean and inviting, and guests are allowed to open the glass cabinets to pick out their own treats on a tray with tongs. Since becoming a fan of this bakery, I can't enjoy any other baked goods I taste, because they pale in comparison. YOU MUST TRY IT!
