Poor Customer Service

The lady who helped me was not a very good people person. She was very snooty and gave me attitude when I asked if she could look up the address for another ups store. The first thing I rate is the quality of service and it was very poor. I paid with a debit card and asked to see my ID. I didn't have it so I told her I would have to come back later with some cash. She said its ok and ran the card anyway. What was the point of asking for my ID if you were just going to charge the card anyway???
