If you cancel before 6 months of signing up there is a "convenience" fee of $25. MORE LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE FEE. IM NOT UNDER CONTRACT! The annual fee is also a joke and gets charged 60 days after sign up.

Vasa charged my husband and I each $25 after a payment of ours didn't process. The card used for the payment is still active and has been used before and since the alleged transaction. There have been plenty of funds in that account. I spoke with the bank who said there are no issues with the card and there was no attempt to take out funds/refusal to grant funds. Despite this, Vasa will not refund the $50. I have called 8 times and only ever spoken with someone once. After speaking with that associate who refused to remove the charge, I asked to speak with a manager. I was sent to a voicemail and have not received a call back. I tried calling two more times and, after 10 minutes on hold, was sent to voicemail. We should not be responsible for the $50 charge when there was never an attempt to pull the funds out and there are no issues with the card not find availability.

I completely regret joining. I sign up, they take the money out of my account for about a year then it stops. I hear nothing from them. I call and they can't tell me why they stopped debiting my account. "Call your bank" is the response. I work at the bank. It isn't the bank. I try again, same response....."uh, dunno?" Brilliant. Then a year or more later I get a collections notice that tags on a bunch of interest (sweet gig you've got going. Not sure it's legal but hey based on these reviews you don't much care). I thinks its cute you changed your name to Vasa....everyone still knows it is the same management and everyone knows it sucks.

Overcharge for dues, the gym is filthy, and over crowded. They have hidden fees in the contract. The is place is a joke.
