Excellent facility but some awful staffs and management

The facility like tanning room, basketball court, and the clubhouse are excellent, but it any accidents happened because of the fault from the College Station, they would said they had emergency number and we were supposed to call. Ultimately, they will not compensate your loss due to their mistake.



I was locked out by my apartment since they mistakenly let my digital key expired. It was at 3am in the morning, and I ended up sleeping in a cheap motel, $58.



However, the manager insisted in saying the emergency number was stated in the lease agreement, but in reality it is not. My roommate was also locked out in the afternoon a day ago, and my roommate told TWO different staffs about the concern of me being locked out in the mid night. However, none of the staff told my roommate this emergency number that I could have used. If I knew this number, I would have called. If the money was the issue, I would have slept in my car.



The attitude of the manager was bad. They would not compensate my loss due to their fault. I would not expect any accountability from then anymore. As a resident, I feel they do not respect me, especially they made mistakes. If I was told my key would be expired, I would have got help instead of going home at 3am.

I would recommend that you NOT...

I would recommend that you NOT stay with College Station. The overall experience wasn't that bad, but beware when move out time arrives. They will get you with any charge they can on their rather below par apartments. I had many friends that lived with them and every single one of them received a bill upon move out. They don't do inspections with you and getting the charges taken off is IMPOSSIBLE! I was lucky enough to end up with about a $40 bill, but some of my friends received bills in the HUNDREDS!



If you expect good customer service for the amount of money your paying, this is not the place for you. I would like to point out that customer service and maintenance are very poor. The community manager is very unfriendly and is not willing to work with the residents. Maintenance takes FOREVER to fix things and have to come back often due to poor workmanship. I had water coming from the ceiling in my bathroom, but they said "that's normal" until I dumbed it down more for them to understand. They got it fixed, but left the nasty ceiling for at least a month. We had a mouse because they didn't fill holes properly in the wall. Guess who had to get rid of it??? (Hint: not the maintenance).



I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Don't give these THIEVES your time or money!
