DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. They mistakenly put my parent's check towards someone else's account/rent because my parent's name is similar to someone else that lives with Collegiate Communities even though I wrote my name and my address on the check and handed it to a girl at the office personally. They also charge you random fees that they can't even explain and their estates are old and are falling apart. LITERALLY THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE AT PURDUE!
