Recently 3 expensive collared dress shirts came back with big faded yellow stains on them. One shirt's entire front was covered with this stain. I was told by Brenda that she can remember one time this happened a& they were able get the stain out. When my husband picked them up and there was no improvement to any of the garments and he was told there was no way the machines could've done it. No offer was made to replace any of the shirts. We switched cleaners.

Hudlow's lost an expensive dress shirt that I wore only once and has no interest in reimbursing me or in helping me with more than a token effort to find the shirt. They even sent me a shirt that sort of matched the description of my shirt (though it was not even close to the right size) to get me to go away after my wife went to the store . I have stopped by their store, called them, and in each case was told that they would get back to us. They have not gotten back to us. There is no progress in finding the shirt or pursuing a reimbursement. I would tell my best friend to stay away from this store. They will never get another dime from us
