Worst company ever, cold blooded unwilling to work with you on anything, shady business practices STAY AWAY. And my review stands even with Purdue Campus parking rules. Your staff are professional all right, professionally heartless. Website states they take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks..however they will only take cash and nothing else. Not even if your 9 year old kid is stuck at home alone because they refuse to take those methods of payment and you can't get your vehicle back.

This business has the worst service I've ever been to. The owners are extremely immature and rude. They are dishonest and only want to cheat people out of money. They over charged me $50 dollars and maybe even more. The owner even hung the telephone up on me. That is rediculous business behavior. I do not recommend anyone going to this business unless you want to be cheated out of money and also be treated rudely.
