I would never suggest anyone live at this property. The management has screwed up more times than I can count. When I tried to sublease, and I moved abroad, the subleaser went to move into the apartment and they claimed they had no record of the process. Actually, ANY paperwork I've signed for them they've "lost", besides my lease which grants them money. Which is the other failure of this property--they will rob you in whatever way they can. They charge you for ANYTHING you do. Sure, theres free tanning, and a gym, and a movie theater, but you more than make up for that if you do any transferring/moving/subleasing/anything other than just sign a lease. The upper management is rude as HELL. The office girls are always pleasant, but they rarely seem confident in what they're doing.
