My friend told me that this was a good place so we went there for my friend's wedding, well the lady was nice but it took forever for the dresses to come in, they didn't call us when they were in, we had to keep calling and found out ourselves, they were past the date they were supposed to be in, then when we drove an hour to pick them up the dresses had been ordered all wrong, that's fine everyone makes mistakes but they acted like it was our fault and were rude about it. It was very unpleasant. Then they said they wouldn't be in til 2 days before they wedding but they were late before so we didn't know what to believe. We decided after a few days of discussing it that we didn't want them because who knows if they would be in and because we had such rude service! So when we called just to get our money returned, they were EXTREMELY rude and gave us the biggest run around I've ever seen. We had to wait to get ahold of a certain person, which we called for almost a week and kept getting an answering machine. When we finally did get ahold of her, she was the most unprofessional woman I've ever experienced! She hung up on the bride!! Just because we wanted our money back for THEIR mistake! I've never seen a "business" so ridiculous and childish! PLEASE do not order your dresses from here because I do not want anyone to have to go through what I'm still going through right now!!
