Exceptional Dr. & staff!

I believe there have been many lawsuits brought against Ira G. Lown for botched surgeries and for lying about being Board certified. Check out the Texas Medical Board tmb.state.tx.us. They took disciplinary action against Lown for false advertising about being Board Certified when he was not. If there is a way to check out the number of lawsuits brought up against a Doctor, check that out before you undergo any type of surgery.

Dr. Lown is a very nice doctor, but his staff is not very customer friendly. We have had two bad experience with the receptionist already as she has been short or rude when trying to get information about the service/policies/procedure. It has even come to the point that we don't even want to go back to the office for follow up, because we don't want attitude coming from anyone.
