It awful I just bought a hamster!!!! Water bottle.... Cage.... Little house....And food from there today for him all my money I had saved just to find out that I can't even hold him or should I say her yeah that's right they can't tell the difference between a girl or a boy this is my 2nd time having this happen and I'm NOT do it a 3rd

Excellent store! Don't listen to any of the haters. I've seen plenty of customers come into this store and treat the staff like total trash. So many snobby customers that treat the employees like slave workers, get all snobby and uppity simply because they don't stock absurdly-specific products. I don't care who you are, if you go into ANY store and belittle a cashier or any other employee of that store, then quite frankly you are a pathetic excuse for a human being.



The prices may be higher than other places, but it's clear that you are going to a pet store that is run by PEOPLE and not a major chain like PetCo or similar. The very few people who publicly hate on this store honestly have deeply personal issues they need to work out-- many of which extend far beyond the scope of this business!

It's awful. They don't take very good care of their animals, they aren't vet check because they aren't legally required to be. They ignore animals with injuries or sickness until they can be returned to the animal dealer for credit to get a new one. Management does not provide proper training to employees as well as letting favoritism rule who gets in trouble for what. It's not clean, half their products are cheap, low quality and not worth half what you pay.
