They are horrible.. they do a rush job.. and get mad when you question their work!! Pink nails is so much better especially the men doing the pedicures..!!

Did a very bad job on my pedi cure and don't even polish my whole toes nails very sorry job!!!

Won't go back!!!!!

The phrase looks can be deceiving sums it up.My experience suck during to i got my pedi which wasn't all that but the young lady did her job,after that I sat 45 minstrel waiting to get my nails done while 2 women after me got service first no appointment all 2 of us was walkins I'll never go back

I love it. I never go anywhere else.. The staff is always so nice. Especially the ones you know very well. Us waitresses at Mi Pueblo love them!!!

Very clean business. Staff are always nice. I like it alot. It's never too crowded.

In town for Beale St Music Festival & went to get my nails done...I was the only person in the shop but the man wouldn't slow down enough to do even a decent job. Several of my nails he filed crooked & I had to ask him THREE times to fix them. Each time he seemed furious & snapped the nail file down on the table. After I washed my hands, I finally picked up a file & fixed it myself. He never apologized & seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I just went to Sally Beauty and bought a file after I left & noticed several nails were still crooked & the lengths were uneven. Worst nail experience ever. I do NOT recommend this salon.

This salon appears to be a nice salon. Clean and well kept. However, the quality of the acrylic nail application was horrible. I've had my nails 4 days and 6 of them are already coming loose around the edges. The lady didn't even shape them properly so there were lots of rough edges left. She was in a huge rush and barely even sanded my nails to get the acrylic to attach. They were not busy at all so no reason for the rushing. Horrible, horrible job. I will NOT go there again.

Place was extremely clean and customer service was excellent.
