complete rip off. i purchased a rebuilt motor for my car and it is complete junk. i have been trying to call and the numbers were changed. te one number that does work goes straight to voicemail and they never call back now im out over 900.00

I purchased a transmission from Bayou for $971.00 two months ago, was sent the wrong one, and have been lied to ever since. This company is a nightmare, stay away. I only wish I had seen the bad reviews before I purchased from RONNY. The one star that I rated this company is only because the website would not allow me to rate 0 stars.

The wrong parts were sent to me and I returned them.



Being unable to locate the correct parts the owner Ronny Arnold promised to refund my $750.



Month after month I have been given sob stories by Ronny and was even told that the check is in the mail.



I am out $750 to Bayou Auto Parts and they do not answer the phone or return the messages I leave on the voice mail.
