If you need service work, go somewhere else. They have some good techs, but they are micro managed by the owner and doing the job cheap takes precedence over doing it right. I saw paneling and linoleum being laid over rotten wood, because the budget didnt allow replacing the bad wood.

My son and I both bought 34 ft nu vision campers from clay in 2002. I tried to buy a rockwood from him two months ago but could not come to terms. Bought the model we wanted from razorback campers in hotsprings ark. This morning he refused to do warranty work for me. Told me to take it back to ark. And maybe they would do it. What a cheap shot after my son and I spent over$70,000 with him. I was told by several people to beware of him. Now I will.

this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with the only thing they're interested in is quantity not quality.

2014 Forest River Georgetown, had problems with the auto steps, covered by warranty. took about a month but no fault of the Service Center, but the manufactor in getting the part. My RV was repaired at Clay's with professional service. My steps work better now than when I bought the RV home from the dealership. The serviceman was very courteous and corrected a few minor minor problems to the door. I am very satisfied with my service.

Where to start. Brought my toy hauler in for warranty work. Service was fairly quick. Little did I know how much half work was performed. They wanted me to know that they performed me a service by even working on the rv. I should be grateful that they even worked on it . What happen to customer service and satisfaction. A service department is for service and customer satisfaction , not you should be grateful we even worked on your rv. Will never recommend Clay's for anything unless you want half a repair's. They deserve a 0 for customer satisfaction. I gave 2 stars due to the fact they made it almost half way.
